Replacement Cylinder Stud & Nut Kit.

These are a direct replacement of the original studs that are no longer available from Piaggio.

The studs are made from steel with a black coating, these will naturally rust over time like the original. If you wish to upgrade to corrosion resistant studs see our corsa ones HERE

These are machined down on the neck of the stud to approx 7mm giving enough clearance when fitting the cylinder to the engine, beware of other studs on the market simply use M8 bar and put a thread on the end which makes the cylinder tight when fitting, this is wrong!

Comes with 4 x studs (433599) and 4 x Marine Grade Stainless A2-70 Nuts (434078)

NOTE > We would always recommend when fitting new studs to clean the crankcase thread using an M8x1.25 tap with lubricant and then clean the hole with brake cleaner along with compressed air. Always apply loctite thread lock to the stud when fitting.
