Upgraded Cylinder Stud & Nut Kit.

We have manufactured these kits as the original studs are no longer available from Piaggio. These have been extended by 4mm giving an overall length of 140mm so when fitting the aftermarket 172cc kits such as the Malossi and PM Tuning Pro Street Kits the nuts sit fully onto the studs as the cylinders are slightly taller.

The studs are made from a high tensile alloy steel with excellent corrosion resistant properties so they will not rust like the originals do!

Comes with 4 x studs (433599) and 4 x Marine Grade Stainless A2-70 Nuts (434078)

NOTE > We would always recommend when fitting new studs to clean the crankcase thread using an M8x1.25 tap with lubricant and then clean the hole with brake cleaner along with compressed air. Always apply loctite thread lock to the stud when fitting.
