If you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel a Contract at any time within seven (7) working days, beginning on the day after you received the Products. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products in accordance with our refunds policy set out below except for special order items or e-cycles which cannot be cancelled or a surcharge will be applied of 15%.
To cancel a Contract, you must inform us in writing. You must also return the Product(s) to us immediately, in the same conditions in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
You will not have any right to cancel a Contract for the supply of any Electrical Products as we do not accept returns on the following components: Electronic Coils, Stator’s, Regulators and CDIs.
When you return a Product to us it is because you have cancelled the Contract between us within the seven-day cooling-off period, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product(s) in full minus shipping and payment costs. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
For any other reason including the case of a return due to the product being proven damaged in transit or incorrectly supplied by ourselves we will refund your purchase in full amount including the original shipping costs and any return shipping costs incurred. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us. If you have returned the product and after our inspection we find that the product is not defective we reserve the right to charge you for the product(s) and all shipping costs incurred. We will refund in the same form of payment you originally used for your purchase as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days.
Our website contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our order procedures so that, where a Products correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when supplying the Product to you. If a Products correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before providing the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection. We are under no obligation to supply the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a Dispatch Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing.

Italjet UK Spares warrants all work and products fitted to our regulations, if the vehicle becomes defective, Italjet UK Spares shall repair or replace the faulty part or the part unfit for use due to a manufacturing fault with original spare parts, free of charge, for a period of 3 months starting from the date of sale with a mileage restriction of 1000 miles. Costs incurred in determining and analysing the causes of problems shall be absorbed by Italjet UK Spares. Costs include: – repair or replacement of a defective part; – labour; – spare parts supply to carry out repairs covered by the warranty.
Operations under warranty as well as Maintenance Servicing shall be carried out by Italjet UK Spares. For the warranty to be valid the vehicle must be in good clean working order and good quality recommended oil. The signing of the workshop job report is the first record to be kept for safeguarding the validity of the warranty.
The warranty does not apply to:
• Products that have been repaired, functionally and/or structurally modified or simply disassembled, even if partially, at a place other than the Italjet UK Spares Workshop, ie a 3rd party company
• Defects resulting from accidents, negligence, improper use, or from the use of non approved parts (not supplied, tested and marketed by the Italjet UK Spares).
Warranty restrictions:
Italjet UK Spares warranty is to cover any kind of problem attributable to a manufacturing and/or assembly fault. Nevertheless, the warranty does not cover:
• Air/oil filters change;
• Top-ups or refills of lubricants, special fluids or diverse consumption materials not linked to the repair operations for the defect found;
• Any other maintenance operation or measure due to tear and wear, accidents or situations while using or riding the vehicle not observing the code of general maintenance.
• Materials and components that due to their characteristics are subject to wear, except for manufacturing and/or construction defects.
Final regulations
Italjet UK Spares is not authorised to modify or extend the terms and conditions of any Warranty on products sold or work carried out.
Italjet UK Spares does not recognise any other warranty, declaration or undertaking previously made by third parties, either orally or in writing. Therefore, any warranty not expressly stated in this document is excluded.
We cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred by parts that are not fitted by ourselves.
We are not liable for any work carried out by others on parts supplied by ourselves.
All goods remain the property or Italjet UK Spares, until payment in full has been received. Any overdue invoices that are passed for collection will be subject to a 5% surcharge and any interest lost due to the overdue payment. Any such costs would be added to the amount outstanding. Any other collection costs, e.g. court and bailiff costs, will be added to any amount outstanding
The above warranty is for the work Italjet UK Spares have carried out and is only valid with Italjet UK Spares and cannot be transferred to another independent 3rd party company.
It is recommended that for customers who may experience issues on their vehicles after work has been carried out by Italjet, that they should notify and subsequently return the said vehicle DIRECTLY back to Italjet within a reasonable amount of time.
The Company reserves the right to hold a vehicle after the completion of its repairs until such time as the account is paid in full. If the vehicle is not collected, or arrangements are not made for its collection within 30 days of completion, a daily storage charge applies of £20 per day thereafter.
With respect to uncollected vehicles 60 days after completion of work carried out, Italjet UK Spares may exercise its rights under the Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977, to sell the vehicle subject to any notice under the Act. In this event, the vehicle will be sold at best market price and after deduction of the cost of repair, plus other charges and expenses incurred by the Company, the balance will be returned.
In placing an order with Italjet UK Spares by any means and/or you agree to leave a vehicle for repair and/or sign a workshop job sheet, you agree to the Terms & Conditions stated above.
