Shipping within the UK

All products will be sent via Royal Mail or Courier dependent on the consignment and the most appropriate method. Shipping costs will be dependent on the weight, size and value of the product(s).

We aim to process and dispatch orders on the same day by Royal Mail if ordered before 11am, by courier if ordered by 12pm subject to stock availability, however, all orders placed after 2pm will be sent the next working day during our set opening times.

Please note delivery is not guaranteed next day and can take 1-3 working days.

International Shipping

All products will be sent via Royal Mail International, UPS International or Fedex International dependent on the consignment and the most appropriate method. Shipping costs will be dependent on the weight, size and value of the product(s). The prices of goods and shipping costs shown is from door to door and do not include any tax or duties.

International orders are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), since Brexit all exports out of the UK will be taxed by the receivers country. With DDU, we (Italjet UK Spares) are responsible for all costs up to the point of delivery (including shipping and insurance). You (the customer) are then responsible for customs clearance, import duties, and any other taxes involved that are charged by your countries government.

We aim to process and dispatch international orders within 3 working days.

We cannot be liable for the product(s) once dispatched from the UK. Tracking and insurance is supplied with these services.

All items dispatched will require a signature. It is your responsibility to check all items upon receipt. If there are any signs of damage to the goods or packaging it must be noted on the carrier’s consignment before signing. Any goods damaged must be reported to Italjet UK Spares within 24 hours of receipt.
